Social Networking PHP Lead Dev. Position (VANCOUVER)

We are seeking a skilled PHP/MySQL developer to complete design/development and maintain our socially conscious web 2.0 Platform.

If you have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in an Open Source environment: PHP, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript, FreeBSD, and CSS. We want to hear from you.

Required Skills
- Design and development experience of large and complex web applications
- PHP/MySQL/XML
- AJAX Frameworks
-Front end technologies CSS, HTML, JavaScript
- Familiarity and appreciation of WEB 2.0 technologies
-Familiarity with apache configuration and setup on Linux (Fedora) environment
- knowledge of facebook's API a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver custom web applications that are maintainable and scalable.
* Provide timely status reports
* Manage all applications deployment, setup and configuration on target platforms.

* Experience programming of software and web applications (Students are welcome but must have high proficiency in programming in order to be considered)
